Micro-Arc-Oxidation

Micro-arc oxidation is a surface treatment technology that generates arc discharge on the surface of metals such as aluminum, magnesium, titanium, and their alloys through a combination of electrolytes and electrical parameters to form a ceramic film layer mainly composed of base metal oxide. During the micro-arc oxidation process, the workpiece is placed in the electrolyte as an anode. Under the action of an external electric field, micro-arc discharge is generated on the surface, resulting in instantaneous high temperature and high pressure. This causes the surface material of the material to undergo a series of physical and chemical changes such as electrical breakdown, melting, chemical reaction, solidification, diffusion, and phase change, and finally forms a ceramic film layer with excellent performance on the surface of the base material.

Black Oxidize

Black oxidize is a metal surface treatment process mainly used for steel materials. Bluing is to place steel parts in a solution containing an oxidant, such as molten salts of sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate, or in high-temperature hot air and superheated steam above 500°C. A special machining method that utilizes the electroerosion produced by pulse discharge between two poles immersed in theworking fluid to erode conductive materials, also known as electrical discharge machining or electroerosion machining, or EDM in English. Tool electrodes commonly use corrosion-resistant materials with good conductivity, high melting points, and easy processing, such as copper, graphite, copper-tungsten alloy, and molybdenum. During the machining process, the tool electrode also suffers loss, but it is less than the amount of workpiece metal removal, and is even close to no loss.

Screen Printing

Screen printing refers to the use of screen as a substrate and the use of photosensitive plate making methods to produce screen printing plates with graphics and text. Screen printing consists of five main elements: screen printing plate, scraper, ink, printing table, and substrate. The basic principle of printing is that the mesh holes in the graphic and textual parts of the screen printing plate can pass through ink, while the mesh holes in the non graphic and textual parts cannot pass through ink. When printing, ink is poured into one end of the screen printing plate, and a scraper is used to apply a certain pressure to the ink area on the screen printing plate. At the same time, the ink moves at a constant speed towards the other end of the screen printing plate. During the movement, the scraper presses the ink from the mesh of the graphic and text parts onto the substrate.
